Our service and independent providers

Our matching service is free to use. A request allows us to help connect you with an independent clinic; it does not guarantee an appointment, a prescription, eligibility for treatment, insurance coverage, a particular price, or a weight loss outcome. Clinic availability can change.

Clinics set their own fees, payment, cancellation, refund, and treatment policies. You are responsible for reviewing those policies before purchasing care. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, provide clinical supervision, or make treatment decisions.

Contact authorization

By submitting the provider-matching form, you consent to contact by phone and text and, if provided, email from Passaic County Weight Loss or a partner clinic about your request and weight loss services, including contact using automated technology where applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent by notifying the sender or replying STOP to texts where supported.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how this website handles information. Independent clinics and linked third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices; we do not control those services.
